1. Eligibility for Returns

Products must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

Unused, and in the same condition as received.

In the original packaging with all included accessories and tags.

Customized products, such as foils , custom fins or personalized equipment, are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
2. Return Process

Contact Us
Email us at info@zeusfoils.com or fill out our Return Request Form to initiate a return. Include:-
Order number.

Product details.

Reason for the return.

Approval
Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. -
Shipping the Item

Pack the product securely to prevent damage during transit.

Ship the item using a trackable shipping service to the address provided in your return approval email.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days and automatically applied to your original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrectly shipped items.
4. Exchanges

We offer free exchanges for defective or damaged items. Contact us at info@zeusfoils.com with proof of the issue (photos/videos), and we will arrange for a replacement.
5. Exceptions

Non-returnable items:

Gift cards.

Products on clearance or final sale.

Damaged products due to misuse are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
